Romero para limpias (Rosemary for burning)

Burning rosemary is believed to relieve anxiety and stress and bring tranquility to the place it's burned. Light the bundle anywhere, then extinguish and allow smoke to spread.

Rosemary has been part of prayer and ceremony across many indigenous cultures of Northern Mexico and the Southwestern United States.

Disclaimer: My rosemary is organic and the sprigs were washed thoroughly. I use my rosemary to cook but I will leave it up to you to decide if you want to cook with these.
